Colombia Single Origin 100% Arabica

The Colombian Women Coffee Project is a specialty coffee produced by a Colombian social cooperative that associates exclusively women, directly involved in the production of coffee.

The varieties of Castillo, Colombia and Caturra that make up this lot grow in full sun. The harvest is done manually and processed with a fermentation of 24 hours. Subsequently, the beans without parchment are left to dry under the sun on African beds.
